We hope that you don't need our emergency assistance.  But if you do, you know that we will arrive promptly, bringing appropriate expertise. We’re proud to continue the Berkeley County Rescue Squad’s tradition of saving lives. If you are interested in volunteering your time (either operations or administrative). We are a 30 member all volunteer not-for-profit organization. We all share a common bond...helping our neighbors and citizens when they need our assistance. Come Join Us!.

 

 

Mission Statement

A non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue of lives and property of the citizens of Berkeley County, South Carolina and surrounding communities at their request when they are endangered, and to furnish such assistance within our power.

 

Our Services

We provide the following rescue services:

1. Water related search and recovery missions.
2. Vehicle entrapments.
3. Land searches.

We will respond to any request within Berkeley County at no cost and will respond to neighboring counties at their request.

Meetings

Regular Business meetings are held at 7:00pm on the second Thursday of each month at the Rescue Building.

 

Training

Training is held at 7:00pm on the fourth Thursday of each month at the Rescue Building.
